ICC Announce Their Latest ODI Player And Team Rankings

There is some breaking news coming in for all cricket fans around the World has the International Cricket Council have announced the latest ICC Player Rankings after the recently concluded One Day International Series between India and Sri Lanka.

For all Indian fans, there is some great news as the right arm fast bowler, Jasprit Bumrah has moved up 27 ranks and has attained a career best ranking of 4 after his numerous match winning efforts in Sri Lanka. Josh Hazlewood has retained his number one position followed closely by Imran Tahir from South Africa and Mitchell Starc from Australia.┬áIndia’s Akshar Patel too jumped to the 10th position which is career best being 9 which he achieved the last October.

As far as the batsman list of the batsman is concerned the current Indian Captain Virat Kohli consolidated his top position because of a splendid show in the recently concluded ODI series against Sri Lanka.

Virat Kohli is now on 887 points and while doing so he has equalized the record with Sir Sachin Tendulkar to achieve maximum rating points ever by an Indian batsman. Tendulkar achieved this milestone in the year 1998. On the other hand, Dhoni fans to have a lot to celebrate as after a long time he has finally moved back to the top 10 chart with achieving the 10th position in the list of Top 10 batsman. Yes, he never really got a chance to bat either since a while before this series and Cric Crak is glad to see him back in the groove like he always has been.
