Twitter Makes Fun Of Pakistan As They Get Bowled Out For The 3rd Lowest Score In ODI’s

They say Pakistan is the most unpredictable side and rightly so. They can be quite hard to beat on their day and even my grandmother can single-handedly defeat them when the other Pakistan team turns up. They recently did exceedingly well in the Champions Trophy and were eventually crowned winners after defeating a very strong Indian side who looked untouchable by their wonderful execution of the rick- skill- set the men in blue possess.

What happened next with Pakistan? Well, the men in green flew to New Zealand taking all the confidence they build by winning in England. They lost the first 2 One Day’s quite badly but to their defense- Who wins overseas these days? No- One right? Well, let’s hope we could say India after the 2nd Test.

Moving on, it was a must win for Pakistan in the 3rd ODI trailing the 5 match series by 2-0. Well. sadly the side of Pakistan which my grandmother could also defeat turned up or did not turn up at all rather. After restricting New Zealand to just 256, Pakistan had a great chance to be in it. The rest they say is history!.

After they came to out to bat their score was 8 for 3 in the first 10 overs. Yes, you read that right. That is the lowest ever score in the first 10 overs of a One Day International match. Then they were 16- 6 and it seemed like they will get bundled out for the lowest ever score in ODI Cricket history. Luckily for them, the Captain Sarfaraz steered the ship with Hasan Ali and Aamir and somehow they crawled their way to a still very embarrassing 74. By doing so they equaled the 3rd lowest score in ODI Cricket. Who would imagine they just defeated a strong Indian side and won the Champions Trophy? Well, that’s Pakistan for you Ladies and Gentlemen and with no disrespect to them, we shall leave it to that.
