MS Dhoni is a man of few words. He doesn’t like the media attention though he doesn’t mind it either. Such is his aura that nothing seems to bother him. No, not even giving a little known Joginder Sharma, now a Deputy superintendent, the last over of a World Cup match.
But when he does speak, he means business. He has a purpose and the aura which he builds around it, everyone loves to listen to the Ranchi born former Indian Captain. While the media has asked him various questions over all these years, it’s only normal that there might be a few questions that might not be to his liking. Once such instance happened during India’s tour of England in 2014, just after India was rogered by the English as they suffered a 3-1 defeat in the Test Series.
One of the reporters happened to ask Dhoni if his players would like to skip the IPL and be a part of Country Cricket instead to which the then Indian Captain replied, “Ask the BCCI about it. And don’t get jealous of IPL.” After winning the first test at Lords, India lost all the remaining 3 games which gave the reporter a few reasons to question the skill level of the Indian Team which certainly did not go down too well with Dhoni.
