MS Dhoni is often referred to as the man who always remains calm and has earned the title ‘Captain Cool’. Apart from his explosive batting, electric wicket-keeping and brilliant captaincy, it is his ability to remain balanced that sets Dhoni apart. However, even the best lose it sometimes and Ishant Sharma recently revealed one such occasion.
In IPL 2019, CSK was up against Delhi Capitals and the lanky Ishant Sharma came out to bat. Dhoni often used to taunt the fast bowler that he didn’t possess the ability to hit sixes. However, when Ravi Jadeja came onto bowl Ishant Sharma decided it was time to prove his ex-skipper wrong.
The Delhi bowler tonked Jadeja for a six and then a four and cheekily looked back to see Mahi’s reaction. MSD looked visibly irritated with the CSK bowler and lost his cool which was a rare sight.
