Prithvi Shaw was all set to apply his trade as an Indian opener in Australia. He was in great form leading up to the series and is tipped to be the next big thing in Indian Cricket, scratch that- In World Cricket rather.
The young Prithvi Shaw has impressed one and many with his sheer talent and bucket-loads of runs he has scored at such a young age. His graph was only going higher but unfortunately, just before the first test against Australia, Prithvi somehow found a way to injure himself. He picked up an ankle injury while fielding on the 3rd day of the practice game against Western Australia and the world hasn’t seen more of him ever since.
The youngster would be eager to make a comeback and be in the groove of things and the good news is the fact that he has now been declared fit. The right-handed Shaw is all set to apply his trade in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy which beings on the 1st of March and his fans can’t stop doing double cart-wheels in their backyard. We will also see more of Prithvi in the upcoming Indian Premier League and Cric Crak hopes that he makes us all proud yet again. There is a lot of talent and if Shaw hangs in there he can certainly shatter many record books and we will leave it to that.
