While the entire world seems to be coming straight out of a movie set at the moment ( watch contagion on Netflix if you still haven’t) many known personalities are coming out with messages via social media to spread awareness.
The ace Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin also tried to come up with an innovative way as he used his old famous ‘Mankading’ image of running out Jos Butler in the IPL 2019 and captioned it as- “Don’t wander out. Stay inside, stay safe”. While he clearly meant it on a lighter note, the Rajasthan Royals camp who certainly did not take this one sitting down replied, ” How to keep a distance from memories during a #21daylockdown? “🙈.
Hahaha, somebody sent me this and told me it's exactly been 1 year since this run out happened.

While the Royals were also having some fun and trying to make merry of a un-usually serious atmosphere at the moment, Ashwin responded with a tongue in cheek reply as he tweeted, ” oh god, ….not again… no offense…

Meanwhile, both Butler and Ashwin might need to wait a little longer as a large cloud looms over the IPL amid Coronavirus concerns.
