Road Safety World Series 2020: Pune Leg Of The Tournament Shifted To Mumbai Amid Rising CoronaVirus Threat


With the ConroaVirus gripping the entire world and cases rising rapidly in Pune, the remaining leg of the Road Safety World Series which was to be scheduled to be held in Pune has now been relocated to Mumbai.

According to sources those concerned wanted to take a responsible course of action looking at the current scenario and have also promised to take all precautionary measures while playing at Mumbai. (Where all the matches of the tournament so far have taken place) Meanwhile, the remaining encounters will be played at the Dr. D.Y. Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai including the all-important final which was earlier scheduled to take place at the Wankhade Stadium.

The Indian Legends are currently sitting pretty at the top of the table and seem like favorites to win the title. Meanwhile, all eyes would be on the meeting between the IPL Governing Council which is scheduled for the 14th of Match to discuss the future of the cash-rich league amid CoronaVirus Concerns.
