Team India managed to draw the final Test at Sydney. After making the Australians follow-on for the first time in a home Test in 42 years, rain played spoilt sport the last two days and that led to the Test match being drawn. But, that also meant the Team India became the first ever Asian side to win a test series in Australia. After failures in South Africa and England, this was their final tour to prove that they are good travelers, and they did by winning the Test series 2-1. Virat Kohli called this the proudest moment of his cricket career.
In the post-match conference, the journalists asked about the dance that the Indian team did after their victory. Virat too seemed confused before and said it was a simple dance that Rishabh Pant proposed the team does and they just followed. He also joked that Cheteshwar Pujara couldn’t even match the simple dance moves Pant came up with specially for him, as Pujara too walks without moving his hands. The journalist and the coach Ravi Shastri burst into laughter at that comment. We are sure Pujara when he watches this too, will laugh at this. Pujara was sensational in the Test series. He was the leading run scorer with close to 500 runs and was adjudged the Man Of The Series.
Cheteshwar Pujara: can bat, can't dance? 🤣🤣
